SUNSHINE

This is SUNSHINE, a playful and happy female Alaskan Malamute mix who is eagerly looking for her furever home. She may be a mixed breed, but she has the classic Malamute mask, soulful brown eyes, and big paws that hint at her potential to grow into a magnificent dog! Her sunny personality truly inspired her name, and her foster family affectionately calls her Sunny. She's learning to be a great traveler in cars and is making progress with crate training. While Sunny can be a little anxious when first meeting new people, her true, affectionate nature shines through once she gets to know you. Then, she'll be by your side, watching your every move and hoping for a tasty treat. Just be mindful of those counters – Sunny has discovered the joys of counter surfing!

Sunshine and her littermates were found in Eastern Washington and were rescued by loving foster homes where they are beginning their puppy training. Sadly, their tails were docked, but they are otherwise healthy, happy, and full of boundless energy. Sunny is ready to find her new furever home and make your life brighter!

Ideal Home

Sunny enjoys being around other dogs. She is still learning about the world and would benefit from a patient and loving home that can help her build confidence.

Training & Support

Sunny is learning to ride in cars and is becoming crate trained. She is a little anxious when first meeting people. She has a tendency to counter surf.
