Latte is an energetic and affectionate 1-year-old Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix who weighs about 52 pounds. She's a smart girl who is eager to please and highly motivated by treats, making her a joy to train. Latte already knows "sit" and "down," and she's actively working on her leash manners. She can be a little nervous in new environments and tends to hang back, but her foster mom is helping build her confidence by exploring new places. Latte doesn't react to people or other dogs on walks, and she's shown a gentle nature around small children and puppies. She's been in a foster home since December 2025 and has blossomed with structure and positive reinforcement. Latte is a playful companion who enjoys the company of other dogs and has done well with both small dogs and puppies.
Ideal Home
Latte would thrive in an active home that can provide plenty of physical exercise and ongoing training. She would love having another active dog to play with, as she can get a little bouncy around new canine friends. If she were the only dog, she would need daily exercise and enrichment activities to keep her happy and engaged.

Latte is a healthy young dog with no ongoing health concerns noted.
Training & Support
Latte is house-trained and comfortable in her crate for up to four hours. She shows no signs of separation anxiety. While she's working on leash manners, her desire to learn and please will be a great asset in her continued training.
