The Beagle Bros

Meet two sweet brothers, a bonded pair who have had a rough start in life. They were rescued from a dire situation and have been through multiple foster homes, each time being overlooked and lacking the consistent love and support they deserve. Despite their past neglect, these boys are slowly learning to trust and are eager for a second chance at a happy life.

Ideal Home

A patient and experienced individual or family who understands the needs of fearful dogs would be ideal. A quiet home environment where these boys can build confidence and learn to trust humans would be a perfect fit. Given their past, a home where they can be the primary focus of attention would help them thrive.

Ongoing Health

These brothers are up-to-date on vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered. They are otherwise healthy, but will require ongoing patience and positive reinforcement to overcome their past trauma.

Training & Support

These boys are still learning basic skills, including leash walking, due to their previous neglect. They are fearful of humans and will need a dedicated adopter willing to invest time and patience in building their trust. They are slowly learning to take treats from hand and will benefit greatly from consistent positive reinforcement and a calm, predictable routine.
