Titan

Titan is a handsome Great Pyrenees who bravely navigated life on the streets for about three years in southern Dallas County. He found a little solace with a family who kindly offered him food. Our compassionate friends Dory, Kenzi, and Twyla worked with local helpers to safely bring Titan in so he could receive the much-needed veterinary care he deserved. His coat was severely matted with urine and dirt, leading to painful skin scalding and infections. After a much-needed shave, we removed an estimated 15-20 lbs of matting, bringing him down from just under 105 lbs to just over 88 lbs.

Due to a significant ear infection, Titan underwent a TECA (total ear canal ablation). His coat, which was shaved for his treatment, is now growing back, though it has some patchy areas. Despite his difficult past, Titan remains a happy and friendly boy who adores people. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playtime with his canine friends. Titan is ready for a loving home where he can experience a lifetime of care and affection.

Titan is looking for a family who will cherish him and provide him with the love and care he deserves for the rest of his life.

Ongoing Health

Titan has had a TECA (total ear canal ablation) due to a severe ear infection and is fully healed from his surgery. His coat is recovering and growing back, though it may remain patchy in some areas.

Titan is a friendly dog who enjoys the company of other dogs. He is ready to find his forever family.
