Pax is a black and white bovine spotted beauty who is a walking, barking celebration of all things fun! He treats every morning like he just won the lottery and every car ride like a trip to Disneyland. Pax has a PhD in Vibing and is a total socialite who has never met a stranger, just friends he hasn't licked yet! He is the ultimate hang out dog, a devoted shadow who will happily follow you from the kitchen to the couch, ensuring you never have to binge watch a show alone again. If your dream home involves a devoted, silly, tuxedo-clad companion who will never let you feel lonely, you're looking at him!
We think Pax is a dapper American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He's a sturdy, handsome lad at 78 lbs, which is the absolute perfect size for extra large hugging! As with all our wonderful rescues, his breed is a best guess, but his status as a World Class Snuggler is 100% verified!
Ideal Home
Pax is a versatile guy who is ready to thrive just about anywhere! Whether you have a big fenced-in yard for zoomies or a cozy apartment for afternoon naps, he'll be great. He is best in a home with kids 10 and up due to his size and occasional clumsiness.

Training & Support
Pax is already crate and potty trained. He can be a bit clumsy in not knowing his size, so this is something to be mindful of. He does have a tiny bit of Fear of Missing Out when his humans leave, but it's very mild. He just really, really likes you and wants to be part of the action! Pax gets along famously with dogs of all sizes and loves a good group run. He has a very respectful play style. He'd be a fantastic match for a home with a low to medium energy dog who enjoys a good game of tag followed by a synchronized nap. Pax gave the resident kitty a curious sniff and then simply went about his business without any fuss. We believe he is willing to share his kingdom with a kitty, but Pax will have a kitty sleepover as a trial run to ensure they can officially become the bestest of buds! He loves his toys, especially the plush ones, and will proudly carry his treasures around to show them off to anyone who will look.

Wags offers a USDA certified transport system that ensures every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care.
