Liko's journey began with a heartbreaking start. At just two weeks old, she and her family were cruelly abandoned, facing unimaginable cruelty. Thankfully, Liko was rescued and given a chance to grow, learn to trust, and eventually find a home. Now, through no fault of her own, this incredible dog is seeking a new beginning. She's a little shy at first but blossoms into a devoted best friend once she feels safe. Liko is incredibly smart and eager to please, knowing commands like "sit," "stay," "down," and "place." She walks beautifully on a leash and thrives on routine, activity, and a loving bond with her people. Liko adores basking in sunny spots and enjoys outdoor adventures like walks, hikes, and playing in the water. Her goofy side shines through with her self-entertaining antics, bringing laughter to her foster family. While she loves to play, her ultimate joy comes from being by her people's side, cuddling up for a contented, snore-filled sleep.
Ideal Home
Liko would do best as the only dog in her home, as she thrives when she has her family's full attention. She is good with cats and would likely be most comfortable with older children who can give her space and understand her energetic enthusiasm.
