Meet Starla! She's a happy and very smiley girl who is ready to bring joy and energy to an active, fun-loving home. Starla is eager to please and would love a family that can provide her with both mental and physical stimulation to keep her happy and engaged. She's a smart cookie who already knows some basic commands and is working on her leash manners. She's a social butterfly with other dogs and has made friends with several at the shelter. She'd do well in a family with older children who can appreciate her playful and energetic spirit!
