APOLLO

Meet Apollo, a charming 12-year-old male Pom who is ready to be your loyal companion! This sweet boy is looking for a patient and loving home where he can relax and enjoy his golden years. Apollo enjoys going for walks and is still quite active for his age. He's a bit of a barker, especially at new things, but with some consistent training and reassurance, he can learn to be a calmer pup. He previously used pee pads when his owner was away, and we're working on establishing a consistent potty schedule, which he's doing well with so far. Apollo is a special boy who requires a special diet, currently on a prescription food for his stomach. He can be a little shy in new environments and needs some time to adjust, but once he feels comfortable, he'll shower you with affection.

Ideal Home

Apollo would do best in a home that can provide him with a consistent routine for potty breaks and meals. He is not a good fit for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Apollo is currently on a special prescription diet to manage his stomach issues.

Training & Support

Apollo is learning to stick to a potty schedule and will benefit from continued consistency. He can be vocal and may bark at everything, so positive reinforcement training will be key to helping him feel more secure. He needs time to adjust to new surroundings.
