Meet Shaggy, a sweet and playful boy who is understandably cautious right now. Losing his person and ending up in a shelter would shake any dog, but Shaggy is trying his best to trust again. He has a thick coat and needs a cooler environment; Mexico is too hot for him. Shaggy is medium-sized and has been neutered.

Transporation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
