Shadow

Shadow is a 10.5-year-old senior sweetheart looking for a loving home to spend his golden years. He's been in a foster home since May 15th, 2026, and has proven to be an absolute angel. Shadow is housetrained, has wonderful manners, and is incredibly loving. He's a low-key boy, but still enjoys playtime. His gentle doggie kisses and sweet pup hugs will melt your heart. Shadow wants to be by your side and only barks to come inside or if he spots a bat – he's a fantastic bat alarm! He loves his walks and cuddles, and definitely demands a spot on the bed at night, burrowing under the covers. Shadow has perfected his puppy-dog eyes and knows how to tug at your heartstrings, often with dramatic moans and groans, to get what he wants. He's a saint in dog form, indifferent to cats, and gets along with everyone. You can leave him uncrated without worry, as he only chews his toys. He truly is the bestest boy!

Ideal Home

Shadow would love a home where he can be your constant companion, enjoying walks and plenty of cuddles. He demands space on the bed at night and will burrow under the covers if he gets cold.

Training & Support

Shadow is housetrained and has wonderful manners. He only chews on his toys and can be left uncrated without fear of destruction.
