The shelter environment has been a bit overwhelming for her, but once she’s in a calm, quiet setting, her true, affectionate personality truly shines. Poppy adores snuggling close to her people and melts into them for comfort, seeking a peaceful place to relax and feel safe. She also enjoys the company of other dogs, seeming to take comfort in their calm presence. Poppy appears to be housebroken and, despite the stress of shelter life, has proven to be a very gentle and sweet companion.
