Meet Queenie, a tiny girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This gorgeous puppy is estimated to be a German Shepherd/Lab mix and, at just about 3 months old, she already carries herself with the confidence of a dog much older. Queenie is absolutely stunning, boasting classic German Shepherd features, a sleek black muzzle, expressive eyes with a soft eyeliner effect, and a unique wavy black stripe down her back that makes her instantly noticeable. She’s the kind of puppy that draws attention not just for her good looks, but for her sweet, self-assured demeanor.

Queenie is playful, curious, and full of personality in the best ways. She adores squeaky toys, loves to engage in playful zoomies, and enthusiastically explores everything around her. She's bright and engaged with the world, always eager to learn and be a part of whatever is happening. Queenie is truly thriving in her foster home and continues to reveal more of her wonderful personality each day.

Just as much as she loves to play, Queenie also has a very affectionate and gentle side. Once playtime is over, she happily settles in for cuddles and closeness with her people. She enjoys being near you, soaking up attention, and has a sweet way of asking for affection. She can even blend play and cuddles, happily chewing on a toy while snuggled up close.

Queenie is doing very well with potty training in her foster home and is already picking up good habits for her age. She is highly food-motivated and is showing off her intelligence – she learned to sit in just a few minutes with a little encouragement. She will likely continue to learn quickly with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. She is still working on leash skills, but she is eager, attentive, and has all the potential to grow into a wonderful walking or adventure companion.

As she grows, Queenie will likely become a medium-to-large dog, so a home with space to run and play, like a fenced yard, would be a great fit for her energy and development. Ongoing Health

All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also had a heartworm test.

Training & Support

Queenie is working on leash skills but is eager and attentive. She is already picking up good potty training habits and is very food-motivated, learning quickly with positive reinforcement.

Transportation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
