Holliday is a charming 2-year-old Border Collie mix with a heart full of love and a nose sprinkled with adorable freckles. He's a delightful mix of goofy energy and affectionate devotion, dreaming of a comfy couch and a human to call his own. When he's happy or excited, Holliday does the cutest "tippy taps" with his paws, a sure sign of his joyful spirit. He's eager to please, smart, and loves to lean in for affection and gentle nose kisses. Holliday is still discovering the joys of home life and may need a little guidance as he learns, but his willingness to connect makes him a wonderful companion.
Ideal Home
Holliday would thrive in a home with a yard where he can safely explore and build his leash skills. He'd also do well in a home with older children who can appreciate his enthusiastic greetings without being overwhelmed. A home with medium-energy, similarly sized dogs who can help him learn to play would also be a great fit.

Holliday is a healthy boy, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee covers all his vetting.
Training & Support
Holliday is enthusiastic on leash and can pull a bit, especially when excited to meet other dogs. He's making great progress with continued leash training and is responsive to guidance. While he can be a little jumpy when excited for affection, he's working on this and will do best in a home that can help him refine this skill. He is very food motivated, making training a breeze.

Transportation
Holliday is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue-run, USDA-certified transport system. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
