Max McLovin is a certified lover boy who is approximately 3 years old and weighs 59 lbs. He's a sweet, affectionate, and goofy companion who believes physical touch is his love language. Max is incredibly people-oriented and greets everyone like a long-lost friend. He thrives on companionship and enjoys being included in all aspects of life, whether it's lounging on the couch or accompanying you outdoors. Max also enjoys the company of other dogs and has a happy-go-lucky bully play style. He would do well with a confident, playful female dog who can match his energy and help balance play, but he would also be content as the only dog in the home, as people are his absolute favorite.

Max would love a home with a backyard where he can stretch his legs, sunbathe, and keep you company. He thrives on being included in daily life and doesn't need anything extravagant to be happy.

Max is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and is microchipped.
Training & Support
Max is crate trained, potty trained, eager to please, and highly food motivated, making training a rewarding experience. He already knows "sit" and "shake" and would likely enjoy puzzle toys and learning new tricks.

Max is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue-run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
