Broono and his sister Avery are a bonded pair of 10-year-old Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier mixes. They are siblings who have been together their whole lives and are now looking for a new adventure together. Their devoted young owner had them since she was nine years old, but sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, she can no longer provide the care they need. These sweet souls are housebroken and crate-trained. They can be a little shy at first with new people, but their tails start wagging as soon as they warm up, especially when treats are involved! Belly rubs and tasty snacks are their absolute favorite things. While they have coexisted with another small dog in the past, we believe they would be happiest as the only canine companions in their new home, allowing them to focus on settling into their new environment with less stress. They do well with children, but given their age and initial shyness, a quieter home with older, calmer children would be ideal for them. No cats, please.
Ideal Home
A quiet home with older, calm children would be the perfect fit for Broono and Avery. They would do best as the only pets in the household.
