Talk about a happy go lucky girl! Greta loves people and is silly, funny, sweet, and such a good girl! She is estimated to be 2 years old, weighs less than 45 pounds, and is fully vetted. Greta is currently in training and working on commands like 'sit', 'down', 'place', 'stay', 'touch', and 'leave it', as well as loose leash walking. She enjoys the company of dogs her size or larger and would do well with a playful, non-dominant canine friend. Greta can resource guard food and toys, but only from other dogs. To ensure a smooth experience, it's recommended to feed her and give her toys separately, and not when she's interacting with other dogs. Greta loves life and is eager to bring joy to her new forever family!
Ideal Home
Greta would thrive in a home with another playful, non-dominant dog of similar size or larger. Because she can resource guard from other dogs, it is recommended that she be fed and given toys separately, and not when she is out or playing with other dogs.

Transportation
Our dogs are fostered in Texas but are available for adoption and transport out of state. Adoptions are finalized prior to transport, and interviews/meet-and-greets are conducted via video call. The adoption fee is $350 plus transport (which varies by location). This fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months and older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A health exam and veterinary certificate will be issued within 10 days of departure.
