Sheila

Meet Sheila, a 3-year-old, 45-pound bundle of joy! Sheila's world turned upside down when her owner passed away, leading to her and her companion, Colt, being surrendered by family. Despite her past, Sheila brings an abundance of youthful energy and a heart full of love. She absolutely adores being petted, embarking on adventures, and snuggling up for cuddles. She's making great strides with her recall, though she does have a curious nature and enjoys exploring. When meeting new people, she offers the sweetest, goofiest greetings with her ears back and her whole body wiggling with delight.

Ideal Home

Sheila would thrive in a home with children to share her love and adventures with, as she especially enjoys the company of girls. She is also dog-friendly but would prefer canine brothers. She cannot live with cats or other small animals. A very tall, secure, non-climbable fence is required, or she'll need to be exercised on a long leash until her recall is perfected and a strong bond is built.

Sheila has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sheila is house-trained and crate-trained. She is already working on loose-leash walking and recall. She thrives with routine exercise, companionship, and engagement. Group training classes are included with her adoption to help reinforce safety, strengthen bonds, and support a smooth transition.
