Truffles

Truffles is a loving, friendly, and sweet 4-5-year-old lady who weighs around 38lbs. She found comfort in her stuffed animals during a difficult time and continues to enjoy them in her foster home, often seen happily rolling around with a toy. Despite the scars from an unpleasant past, Truffles has a heart full of love to give and is incredibly loyal. She adores people and is eager to make new friends.

Ideal Home

Truffles would thrive in a quiet, low-density area. She has done well with chihuahuas in her foster home but can be unsure about other dogs due to a past negative experience.

Ongoing Health

Truffles bears permanent scars from an embedded collar, but this does not affect her health or disposition.

Training & Support

Truffles is potty trained and crate trained. She is food-motivated, making her easy to train with positive reinforcement. She is currently working on leash walking as she can get over-excited when she sees other dogs. She would be an excellent student with continued training.
