Poppy

Poppy is a darling girl ready for her forever home! This approximately 2-year-old pup is energetic, loves to play with her toys, and absolutely adores human attention. She's a curious girl who takes in everything around her. Poppy has lived with other dogs and cats and has gotten along wonderfully with them.

Ongoing Health

Poppy is considered special needs due to a history of seizures. These have been well-managed with Keppra and Gabapentin, and she has not experienced any seizures since starting this treatment. A brain MRI performed on 5/13/2025 did not reveal any masses, and her diagnosis is Idiopathic Seizures.

Training & Support

No specific behavioral issues were mentioned in her listing, but as with any dog, consistent positive reinforcement will help her continue to be a well-adjusted companion.
