Hi there! I’m Ruby! I'm a 3-year-old, 50-pound bundle of love who was rescued from euthanasia down in Georgia. I still can’t believe how lucky I am to be here in Maine — now all I need is my forever family! I’m crate trained and house trained, so you can count on me to keep your floors clean. I love kids, but since I'm still young and bouncy, tiny ones might find me a little too enthusiastic sometimes. I’m awesome in the car and love adventures! I walk beautifully on a front-pull harness and am learning recall quickly, especially if treats are involved! At first, I might be a bit nervous when I meet someone new, but once I know you’re kind, I’ll melt right into your lap (or at least lean in for cuddles). If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and playful girl to join your family, I’d love to meet you. My story almost ended too soon, but thanks to kind humans, I got a second chance. Training & Support

Ruby is house trained and crate trained. She is learning recall, especially with treats. She can be a little shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly to kindness.
