Mallard

Meet Mallard, a charming male mixed breed with a heart full of love to give! He arrived at our shelter as a stray and is now ready to find his forever family. Mallard is a medium-sized, short-haired dog with a handsome black and white coat. He's an adult dog, and while we can't be certain about his house-training history as a stray, we often get a good sense based on how they keep their kennel.

Ideal Home

Mallard has shown that he's good with other dogs and children, so he could be a wonderful addition to a family looking for a canine companion. We always recommend a meet-and-greet with any existing pets to ensure a good fit!

Ongoing Health

Mallard is already neutered and up-to-date on his vaccines. His adoption fee also includes microchipping, deworming, flea and tick prevention, and a heartworm test, as he is over 6 months old.

Training & Support

As with any dog, Mallard will benefit from continued training and support to help him adjust to his new home and thrive. Consistency and positive reinforcement will be key to his success.
