Milo

Milo is a handsome 42 lb Border Collie mix with a heart full of love and a head full of smarts! He's a sweet, goofy, and energetic boy who adores playing games, especially fetch. Milo thrives on activity and mental stimulation, making him a fantastic companion for an active family. He's already crate trained, house trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He's also friendly with other dogs, though he hasn't been tested with cats.

Ideal Home

Milo would do best in a home without small children due to some herding behaviors and protectiveness of his space and belongings. He needs a family that can provide at least 2-4 hours of daily exercise and mental engagement. Experience with herding breeds or high-drive dogs is strongly encouraged.

Ongoing Health

Milo is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Milo is generally well-behaved and has a good foundation with crate training, house training, and leash walking. However, his herding instincts mean he can sometimes be protective. Providing consistent training and meeting his exercise needs will be key to his success.
