Meet Bodie, a.k.a. Bodie Girl! This sweet 26lb Boxer X Lab Mix was born around February 3, 2026. Bodie's story began in a challenging place, found alone and starving in a drainage pipe. Despite her tough start, she greets every day with a wagging tail and an abundance of love to give. Her former rescuer affectionately nicknamed her Bodie, and the name stuck!
Bodie is a delightful medium-sized companion with a personality as big as her heart. She absolutely adores people and thrives on affection. If you're looking for a dog to snuggle with after a long day and experience unconditional love, Bodie is your girl. She's even had a starring role on local TV, representing adoptable dogs, and was perfectly behaved! Bodie loves car rides, gets excited for adventures, and never passes up a pup cup. She's also dog-friendly and enjoys playing with her canine pals, making her a wonderful addition to a home with another playful pup.

Transportation
Bodie is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can be arranged to your state or a neighboring state. Pickup locations for transported dogs may vary. We coordinate with transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Adopters can track their dog's transport using the Life360 app or through Facebook chat groups for updates.
