Selena is an estimated 3-year-old black lab mix who is as sweet and adaptable as they come. She was found as a stray near a busy freeway in Houston, but thankfully, a kind security guard helped her and her friend get to safety. Selena was incredibly receptive to help, allowing herself to be leashed and brought to our care. She has a remarkable ability to adjust, quickly learning household routines and demonstrating a calm demeanor. Selena is the type of dog who will be your constant companion, offering unconditional love and making every day feel a little simpler. She's not just a pet; she's poised to be someone's lifelong "soul dog."

Ongoing Health

Selena is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She's ready for her new home with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Selena is remarkably well-behaved, fully potty trained and crate trained. She's also comfortable being left to free roam. While she can be a little timid when meeting new people, she warms up quickly and is never fearful or reactive, just gentle and observant. Positive interactions will continue to build her confidence.
