Meet Arby! This sweet boy, affectionately known as "Arby-Rhubarby," is a brindle bundle of happiness who was rescued from the county shelter after waiting two long months for his chance. Thankfully, a dedicated group of volunteers created a video that changed his life forever!
Now 6 months old and weighing around 40 pounds, Arby shows traits of Heeler and Bully breeds, with a friendly and easygoing personality that suggests some Lab might be in the mix too. Whatever his heritage, Arby loves everyone he meets – humans and dogs alike! He quickly bonded with another rescued pup and seamlessly joined his foster family of canine siblings, proving himself to be an exceptional dog.
Arby adores toys, splashing in the doggie pool, and making the most of every day. He will bark at cats, but doesn't seem to have serious intentions, so we are recommending a home without cats. He's a slow grower and is unlikely to exceed 50 pounds when fully grown.
This wonderfully submissive pup has no mean bone in his body. Like many Heelers, he enjoys herding his canine friends and may occasionally nip at their heels during play. He responds well to corrections from other dogs and is eager to learn appropriate boundaries.
Arby is crate trained, house trained, fully vetted, and ready to start his next chapter with a loving family. He celebrates every day with a wagging tail and a smile, grateful to be free, safe, and loved.
