Hi there! My name is Lucy and I'm a 1-2 year old, 35-pound female Small German Shorthaired Pointer mix with a bright spirit and a joyful personality. I was found as a stray but am now safe and sound, looking for my forever home. I'm a friendly girl who loves being part of the action and would do best with a family that enjoys including their dog in daily life. I'm adaptable and could fit well in many kinds of homes, even those with land or other animals. I get along well with children, other dogs, and even horses, so I could be a great fit for a family home or a place with a little land! I promise to be a loyal, happy companion who's always excited to see you.

An active, loving home where I can get plenty of attention, exercise, and time with my people.

Ongoing Health

I'm spayed, heartworm-negative, and fully up to date on my vaccinations, including DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, and CIV.

Training & Support

I'm crate-trained and have a good foundation. I'm not quite leash-trained yet, but I'm eager to learn and would love someone to help me. I can be a little possessive of my food, so feeding me in a separate spot if you have other dogs would be ideal.

Transporation

I am currently located in the Middle Tennessee area. Approved adopters must be willing to travel to Tennessee, as we do not ship or transport dogs.
