Lincoln

Lincoln is a wonderful tricolor 1-2 yr old boy. He was found roaming the streets for days and days before anyone could get close enough to get him. He can get nervous and be afraid in new circumstances and with new people, and cowers at times. However, once he settles in, he is active and playful! He loves attention and will come running to get some. He is a typical hound who loves his food and enjoys running around with younger dogs, playing and wrestling. Lincoln knows a dog door well and absolutely loves toys and kiddie pools!

Ideal Home

Lincoln needs a secure yard as he can climb fences and gates.

Ongoing Health

All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Many have received further treatment for various conditions. Lincoln's specific medical history will be discussed during the adoption process.

Training & Support

Lincoln is still learning to navigate new environments and people. He will need patience and a consistent routine to build his confidence.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Out-of-state adoptions are considered.
• A submitted application is required.
• A home visit is often required, though sometimes not possible.
• Adopters must travel to Las Vegas to meet and potentially adopt the dog, and then drive them home.
• Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years. Dogs under 3 years of age will NOT be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. For individuals 70 years of age and older, the dogs must be 8 years or older.

Transporation

Lincoln is located in Las Vegas, NV. Transport may be available to other locations, but adopters must come to Las Vegas to meet and adopt.
