Keri

Keri is a sweet girl who originally came to us in 2019 all the way from Kuwait. She had a traumatic start to life, but after being rescued from the desert and going through a lengthy series of events, she found her way to us. Keri was adopted in 2020 but sadly lost her home through no fault of her own.

Ideal Home

Keri is looking for a moderately lazy owner who will ensure she gets a walk or two a day and isn't overfed. She would do best in a home where she is the sole focus of her owner's affection. She is not a good fit for homes with small, yippy dogs or cats.

Ongoing Health

Keri is significantly overweight, and while part of this is due to a thyroid condition, it's also a result of being overfed and under-exercised. Her ideal weight is in the mid-40-pound range, and she is currently about 25% over that.

Training & Support

Keri is an exceedingly well-mannered dog and knows many commands. She can take or leave other dogs, so as long as they don't bother her, she is generally fine with dogs her own size.
