Rocky is a lively, affectionate, and intelligent companion who's full of personality and joy! He was rescued in Mongolia and transferred to Korea through a special partnership. Since arriving, he's been a happy dog who loves to play, explore, and engage with people. Rocky is a healthy, high-energy pup who has thrived on attention and activity in his foster environment.

Ideal Home

Rocky needs an adult-only home with people who are dog-savvy and understand his guarding behaviors. He must not live with children of any age.

Rocky is healthy and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Rocky has guarding issues, especially with toys and objects he puts in his mouth. It's crucial to never take things directly from his mouth. Instead, redirect his attention with high-value treats or by tossing a toy away from him. He tends to ingest items like rubber balls, stuffing, and plastic, so providing him with large, indestructible toys can help calm him and redirect his chewing instincts. When outside, he can become very excited, but his excitement level gradually decreases after about 15 minutes. While generally tolerant with other dogs, his possessiveness requires careful management.
