Phoenix

Phoenix is a spunky little Chihuahua/Terrier mix who found herself at a boarding facility after her owner moved and could no longer keep her. Despite her rough start, Phoenix is a delightful companion! She's house and crate trained, loves to relax with her foster parents, and is a perfect co-pilot on car rides. She also enjoys her walks and is a great little watchdog. Phoenix is eager to please and has a loving nature, especially towards children.

Ideal Home

Phoenix would thrive in a home that includes children. A secure, fenced yard is a must, and invisible fences are not acceptable.

Ongoing Health

Phoenix is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Phoenix is house and crate trained. She gets along with most dogs and has shown to be good with children.

• Adopters must be in the Wichita Metro area or surrounding area for a home visit.
• A veterinarian reference is required, showing that your present/past pets are up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm prevention.

Phoenix is in a foster home in Wichita, Kansas and will not be shipped.
