Meet Gucci! This handsome black Lab is full of resilient spirit and playful puppy energy. Gucci has had a bit of a journey, being abandoned in New Mexico and then making his way to Texas for a second chance at life. He's a "work in progress," but aren't the best things in life? With a heart as big as Texas, Gucci is busy waiting for his forever family to find him. He's eager to please and highly motivated by toys and treats, making training a fun and rewarding bonding experience.
Ideal Home
Gucci would thrive with an active individual, couple, or family who loves a good game of fetch and is ready to guide a smart, loving dog through his energetic "teenage" phase. He's looking for a home that will commit to teaching him some basic manners and training.
Ongoing Health
Gucci is a young pup and all vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping, has been completed.
Training & Support
Gucci is eager to please and highly motivated by toys and treats, which will make training a rewarding experience. He's looking for a family who understands he's a rescue dog and will continue his training efforts with understanding and patience.

Transportation
Gucci is currently in Texas. Transportation is available in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH, LA. AZ is coming soon. Pre-determined locations and times apply. Adoption and transportation fees range from $100-$500, with private custom transport routes available upon request. Texas adopters have a flat rate fee of $250 for in-state transport. For those picking up in Angleton, Texas, the fee is $75. Our transport buses and vans are equipped with air conditioning and onboard attendants, and you can follow along on your pet's journey via a private Facebook event page. Your Adoption Coordinator will help find the closest transport pick-up location.
