Carl's adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccinations, a negative heartworm test, a negative fecal test within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, and a registered microchip.

Carl is described as a very good boy, but as with any dog, continued positive reinforcement and clear communication will help him continue to thrive.
