Max

Max-a-Million is a wonderfully affectionate 2-year-old dog who is thriving and gaining weight and muscle. He's a tall, lanky "teenage boy" who enjoys playing with his dog friends and still thinks he's a lap dog, happily draping his long legs across you for snuggles. Max is smart, food-motivated, and eager to please, making him a quick learner. He's already house and crate trained, vocal when he needs to go out, and settles nicely in his crate. Max walks well on a leash, enjoying the chance to sniff the world around him, and he's particularly relaxed and happy during car rides. He's also great with other dogs and shares his toys. Max loves to chew on soft bedding or towels, so it's a good idea to keep your fancier linens out of reach.

Ideal Home

Max loves everyone he meets and is wonderful with other dogs. Due to his size and youthful exuberance, he might be a bit much for very small pets or cats, though he means no harm.

Training & Support

Max is generally easygoing and trainable, especially with food rewards. He enjoys walks and car rides. He does love to chew on soft items, so providing appropriate chew toys is recommended.
