Meet Joy!

Joy truly lives up to her name, bringing happiness wherever she goes. This adorable 4-month-old Lab mix has the sweetest puppy face, complete with soft floppy ears, warm brown eyes, an irresistible puppy grin, and the cutest little expressions that will melt your heart. She's as soft as a teddy bear and loves to be snuggled, just as much as she enjoys running around with her siblings. Joy is thriving in a loving foster home where she spends her days playing, exploring, and napping with her puppy siblings. She also lives with children and absolutely adores them. Joy is affectionate, gentle, playful, and incredibly people-oriented. If there's a lap available, she'd be more than happy to curl up for some quality cuddle time.

Ideal Home

A family who will continue her training and help her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult. Joy is looking for a sweet little shadow who will happily join you on adventures and then cuddle up beside you afterward.

Ongoing Health

Joy is up to date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, and a heartworm test. She has also been spayed and microchipped with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Joy is doing wonderfully with potty training and is learning all about routines, structure, and puppy manners. Like all puppies, she'll need a family willing to continue her training.

Transporation

Joy is located in Houston, Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Please note, a $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
