Meet Arby, our charming "Arby-Rhubarby"! This sweet 6-month-old, 40-pound pup is a brindle bundle of joy with a heart full of love. Rescued from the county shelter after a long wait, Arby's life took a wonderful turn thanks to dedicated volunteers. We suspect he's a mix of Heeler and Bully breeds, with a touch of Lab, judging by his friendly and easygoing nature. Arby adores everyone he meets – humans and dogs alike! He quickly bonded with his foster siblings and has proven to be an exceptional companion. He loves playing with toys, splashing in the doggie pool, and making every day a happy adventure. Arby is a slow grower and is unlikely to exceed 50 pounds. He’s wonderfully submissive and has a gentle spirit. Like many Heelers, he enjoys a bit of herding play with his canine friends, sometimes nipping at their heels, but he readily learns boundaries with gentle correction. Arby is already crate and house-trained, fully vetted, and eager to start his new life with a loving family. He celebrates his freedom, safety, and love with a wagging tail and a happy smile every day!
Ideal Home
Arby would thrive in a home where he can share his boundless affection. We are recommending a cat-free home due to his tendency to bark at farm cats, although he shows no real intent.
Ongoing Health
Arby is fully vetted and has no known ongoing health concerns.
Training & Support
Arby is crate and house-trained. While he enjoys herding his canine friends and may playfully nip at heels, he responds well to corrections and is eager to learn.
