Molly

Molly is a darling 4.5-year-old Staffie terrier mix with a heart full of love to give. She arrived at our rescue in SW Colorado as a stray around two years old. After nearly a year with us, including a stint with a trainer, she found a loving home with an older couple. She thrived with them, enjoying a big yard, cat companions, and regular walks. Tragically, her family passed away, and Molly returned to us. She's been back for about 8 months, and we're eager to find her the forever home she deserves. Molly is incredibly smart and well-behaved off-leash, and she's an epic snuggle bug. While she's great with people and generally good with cats (with proper introductions), she is dog selective. She has doggy friends and enjoys playing, but careful introductions are key. Molly can be a bit of a resource guarder, especially towards her favorite people.

Ideal Home

Molly would thrive in a home where she can receive careful introductions to other animals and where her slight resource guarding can be managed with understanding. She has enjoyed having a big yard and regular walks in the past.

Ongoing Health

Molly is up-to-date on her vaccinations and is spayed.

Training & Support

Molly is very smart and well-behaved off-leash. She can be dog selective and may require careful introductions to new canine companions. She can also be a bit of a resource guarder, particularly with the people she loves, and will benefit from continued guidance and positive reinforcement.
