Lil Sis is ready to find her forever family and travel to a community that will truly cherish her! She is currently in Oklahoma at our rescue. Because we want her transition to be as smooth as possible, we arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities. Adoptions are finalized in advance so that Lil Sis can hop off the transport and right into your waiting arms. We stand by our pups for life; in the rare event it isn't a perfect match, Lil Sis is never without a safety net. She will simply return to our care in Oklahoma on the next available transport until her perfect home is found.

Meet Lil Sis: The Sweetest Little Pocket Companion! This adorable 8-month-old girl weighs in at a petite 8 pounds and is a charming mix of Chihuahua and Schnauzer. Lil Sis is incredibly sweet and people-loving, making her the perfect pint-sized pup to brighten your days!

A Quick Success Story Lil Sis found herself in our care recently through no fault of her own when her previous owner's landlord unfortunately wouldn't allow her to stay. Her siblings were adopted quickly by loving families and are doing wonderfully, and now it's finally this sweet girl's turn to find her perfect match!

Personality & Superb Manners For a young pup, Lil Sis has an incredibly mature and gentle demeanor. She is a total sweetheart who has been an absolute joy to care for. She absolutely loves people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Lil Sis is naturally quiet and takes life in stride. She does beautifully in her crate and has shown excellent potty habits, giving us a very strong feeling she is already housebroken! She hasn't been officially tested on a leash yet, but she is smart, eager to please, and sure to pick it up in a heartbeat.

Ideal Home

Because Lil Sis is a delicate 8 pounds, she would thrive best in a home without very small children to ensure she stays safe during playtime. She is the perfect size for apartment living, cozy couch cuddles, and tags along perfectly on daily adventures.

Ongoing Health

Lil Sis is already spayed and up-to-date on all her essential vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella). She tested negative for heartworm on July 8. She has been dewormed and is kept on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. To ensure she is in tip-top shape for her new family, she will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and a certified Health Certificate. All performed within 10 days of her transport date.

Lil Sis is smart and eager to please, and she is sure to pick up leash manners quickly.
