Hi there! My name is Polly Pocket! I'm a sweet and beautiful 12-week-old Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound mix puppy with a heart as big as my personality! I have a mostly black coat with the prettiest white freckled markings that make me extra special. I currently weigh about 15 pounds, but I'm still growing! With my short, adorable legs and long body, I'm expected to be a midsize, low-rider pup when I'm all grown up. I'm a fun-loving girl who enjoys exploring the world around me. I love to run, play, and go on walks, and I'm already doing a great job learning how to walk on a leash. I'm the perfect mix of playful puppy and calm companion--I have plenty of puppy energy when it's time for fun, but I also know how wonderful a good lap nap can be. I'm a gentle, quiet, and mellow girl who absolutely loves being close to my people. I have a very loving personality and would happily spend my days by your side, whether we're going on adventures or just relaxing at home. I do wonderfully with kiddos and the elderly, and I love making new friends. I'm also a great little travel buddy! I do well riding in the car and would love to be someone's partner in crime as we explore all of life's adventures together. Since I'm still a puppy, I have lots left to learn about the world. I'm a great listener, eager to please, and ready to learn all the things that will help me become the best dog I can be. Treats and mealtime are definitely highlights of my day, and my love for yummy snacks will make training a fun and rewarding experience! All animals at HSO are current on their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If not already spayed/neutered, there may be a short delay between when you select this pet and when they are ready to go home. Breed and age are determined based on observable physical traits. Actual lineage and birth date are rarely known.
Training & Support
I'm a great listener, eager to please, and ready to learn! My love for yummy snacks will make training a fun and rewarding experience.
