Fully AKC both Yellow Labs parents.

Our labs live in Calhan on 160 acres of land. The father is about 80 lbs and the mother is about 70 lbs. They enjoy their country life to its fullest, love the family, playing with adults and kids.

Puppies will get vet exam, first round of shots and deworming. They also will be trained to sleep overnight 9 pm- 6 am. Potty training will be started.

A puppy can be reserved after $250 nonrefundable deposit is paid. By paying a deposit you reserve a place in line to pick a puppy, but not a certain puppy.

A buyer will get the paperwork that includes:

AKC welcome home package
Copy of a pedigree Registration application Vet report
Health records
Written buyer/seller contract Purchase receipt
