Meet Rusty!

Rusty is a gentle, senior soul who is an estimated 14 years young. He came to us through our animal services program when his previous owner could no longer care for him. Despite the changes in his life, Rusty continues to greet each day with kindness, quiet companionship, and a heart full of love. He enjoys leisurely walks, soaking up the sunshine, and spending time with the volunteers who absolutely adore him. Rusty walks nicely on leash and has a calm, loving personality. He would love nothing more than a soft bed and a family to spend his golden years with. We know it takes a very special adopter to open their heart to a senior dog like Rusty, but we also know there is nothing quite as rewarding as giving an older dog the comfort, love, and dignity they deserve. Rusty may be in his senior years, but his capacity for love is timeless.
