Jackie Jackson

Meet Jackie Jackson, a sweet and shy girl about a year old. Jackie came to us after a tough start, having been caught in a trap. While she's a little hesitant with new people, she truly blossoms with time, treats, and the gentle guidance of her favorite person. She loves other dogs and learns so much from her canine companions.

Ideal Home

Jackie would thrive in a quiet home where people aren't coming and going too frequently. She'd do best with another confident dog in the home to help her build trust. Homes with younger children are not a good fit for Jackie.

Ongoing Health

Jackie is up to date on her vaccines, is spayed, and is heartworm negative. She is currently on monthly heartworm medication.

Training & Support

Jackie is already crate trained and house broken! Due to her shyness, she is considered special needs. She needs an adopter who understands her need for a slow introduction to new experiences and people. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping her continue to gain confidence.
