About Peter Pan

Peter Pan is a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, estimated to be born in March 2026. He currently weighs around 3 pounds and is expected to grow. Peter Pan and his littermates were found abandoned and rescued. He's a curious and charming little explorer who loves adventures, playtime, and cozy naps. He's a gentle soul who also enjoys a good game of tug-of-war and brings a sweet presence to any pack.

Ideal Home

Peter Pan would thrive in a home that can commit to helping him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult. He is likely to do well with children, cats, and other dogs, provided introductions are made appropriately. Due to his tiny size, any resident pets should be gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions must be supervised. He needs a home where someone is present more often than not to help with socialization, training, and care. Applications will not be considered for homes where adults work outside the home for more than 4 hours at a time, unless there is another adult available to care for him during the day.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned. As a young puppy, he is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventative care through his rescue.

Training & Support

Peter Pan is still working on potty training and crate training. His new family should be prepared to continue consistent training with positive reinforcement and patience. Puppies thrive with structure, routine, and supervision, and Peter Pan will need this as he learns.
