Dottie Sue is your personal ray of sunshine! This spirited girl wakes up every morning ready to embrace life with infectious enthusiasm. She's a delightful mix of wiggles, kisses, confidence, and pure joy, guaranteed to turn ordinary moments into fun-filled adventures. Dottie Sue's personality is as big as her heart, and her playful antics, like throwing a ball for herself, will keep you entertained for hours. She's a roughly 2-year-old, 33 lb pittie mix with a sweet, silly, athletic, and affectionate nature. While we can't guarantee breed or age with rescues, her confident and trusting demeanor shines through in every interaction. Dottie Sue is a social butterfly who approaches new people and places with excitement and an eagerness to be part of the fun. Just be prepared for a dog who believes personal space is optional – she'll happily join you for couch cuddles! Her favorite hobby is "balls" in general, and she has a unique talent for entertaining herself by playing fetch with herself. She also enjoys tug toys, durable chew toys, and is known for her enthusiastic (and quick!) disassembly of stuffed animals. If you're looking for an interactive companion, Dottie Sue is your girl!
Ideal Home
Dottie Sue would thrive in an active home with a securely fenced yard, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure. She'd do best with older children, as her exuberant play style might accidentally knock over smaller humans. A home without cats would be ideal, as her playful curiosity can sometimes lead to unwanted chasing.
Ongoing Health
Dottie Sue is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.
Training & Support
Dottie Sue is crate trained, potty trained, and a fantastic car rider. She walks well on leash and handles new situations with confidence. She has a great off-switch once her exercise and mental needs are met, settling nicely for cuddles and belly rubs.
