Meet Reina, she's the tomboy of the litter who can hold her own! She loves playing and keeping up with the rough-and-tumble crowd, but the moment you pick her up, she melts into a calm, affectionate cuddle bug. Her foster says if there's a lap nearby, Reina is in it. Reina is curious, loving, and gentle. Like any puppy, she's teething, so anything within reach tends to get a little chew test. The good news is she's already making great progress with house-training, she sits nicely on command, and sleeps soundly through the night. She's also working on her recall, currently doing well at about 6 feet. We estimate Reina's birthday as 3/16/26, and she currently weighs about 20lbs. Between her sweet, snuggly side and her playful puppy spirit, there's no doubt Reina will make a wonderful addition to a loving, kind family.
Ideal Home
Homes considering puppies must be prepared for flexible schedules for potty training. Puppies can only hold urine for one hour per month of age. Crate training for the next 10 months to keep them safe from chewing on everything in your home. Supervision with children and obedience training. Socialization, both with new people, children, and other dogs outside of the home. Homes that want a well-behaved dog must be prepared to put in the time, effort, and costs associated with training a puppy. Well-behaved dogs are not born, they are trained! Please do not apply for a puppy if you cannot or do not have the time for a puppy.
Ongoing Health
Reina is still teething. All dogs have a current health certificate for transport. All imported dogs are quarantined 14 days prior to getting on transport. They've had annual heartworm tests and are on heartworm preventative.
Training & Support
Reina is working on her recall, currently doing well at about 6 feet. She sits nicely on command. She needs continued house-training and crate training for the next 10 months. Socialization with new people, children, and other dogs is also recommended.
