Hayzel

Hayzel is a sweet pittie girl with a tail that never stops wagging! She thrives on affection and runs on pure love. Hayzel enjoys her toys and loves to show them off to any friends who visit her kennel. Her happy tail seems to have a mind of its own, keeping her wiggle butt moving to its own joyous rhythm.

Hayzel was rescued by a kind samaritan who found her in a ditch off a rural Iowa road. After a search, she was found in a nearby barn, extremely thin, malnourished, and suffering from a painful skin condition. Thanks to much-needed medical attention and the loving care from our volunteers and staff, Hayzel is feeling so much better and is looking quite lovely.

Ideal Home

Hayzel would love to have a family to call her own. As with all of our dogs, a meet and greet with all family members, furry and not-so-furry, is needed to ensure it's a perfect fit. Her powerful tail wag can be something to be aware of with very young children.

Ongoing Health

Hayzel has been receiving treatment for a skin condition and is now feeling much better.

Training & Support

Hayzel is a very loving, friendly, and happy girl who is simply grateful to be loved.
