Echo

Meet Echo! This big, sweet, lovable goofball was found as a puppy, lost and confused. He was adopted quickly but returned when his family discovered he is deaf. Despite this challenge, Echo has been working hard and showing just how smart and capable he is, graduating from our PAWs to Prison training program! He's full of enthusiasm and zest for life and is eager to learn and bond with his person.

Ideal Home

Echo would best be suited for a confident dog companion who can gently guide his excitement. He's not a "project" but a dog who wants to connect, learn, and be someone's boy.

Ongoing Health

Echo is deaf and communicates through touch and visual cues.

Training & Support

Echo has learned several commands, including Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Shake, Touch, "Quiet," and "Go to / Get on." He performs these with about 85% reliability with his trainer and continues to improve daily. Consistency and mindful leash handling will help him thrive.
