Frannie is a stunning, petite black and white girl with a beautiful, shiny coat who is ready to find her forever family! She's a true water enthusiast who thrives on adventures by the lake, river, or beach. Whether it's paddle boarding, boating, camping, or simply lounging in nature, Frannie is all in. Her foster mom mentions she might need a life jacket because she loves the water so much!

Despite a challenging start in life, Frannie is resilient, sweet, and eager to trust again. Her puppies have found wonderful homes, and now it's her turn for adventures with her own family. She is house-trained, crate-savvy, and enjoys the simple joys of running and playing in the backyard. Frannie is good with other dogs but can get stressed with too many dogs in the home, so she would thrive as an only dog or with one companion. She currently lives with 6-year-old twins and loves kids and playtime, but she also values her personal space.
