He has an expressive face with the cutest markings, and his happy tail wag is one of his signature moves. At approximately 3 years old and 17 pounds, he’s the perfect size for a companion who can keep up with activity but still curl up comfortably at home. He’s currently learning the leash and enjoying going for walks, showing steady progress and a willingness to please. Thatcher’s playful nature, good social skills, and bright personality make him a wonderful match for a home looking for a small dog with big heart.

Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone. Calling or emailing us to see if you are being considered will not expedite the process. If you have been selected for an interview we will contact you within 48 hours of submission. Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other Saturday between 10 and 2.
