Hank the Hippo is officially ready for adoption! At just 11 months old, this XL bully mix is 86 pounds of pure muscle and enthusiasm for life. He's not with our rescue, but is staying with a friend who does amazing rescue work. Hank is a water-loving canine who can out-swim the average lab, and he spends his days playing with other dogs, helping with chores, and trying to convince his people to take him for another ride because he loves saying bye-byes! With a big head and an even bigger heart, Hank is set to make any family incredibly happy.

Ideal Home

Hank has a love for kids, dogs, and shows respect for chickens and ducks. He would be a great addition to a family that has the ability to finish his training.

Ongoing Health

Hank is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hank is by far the strongest dog the rescue has encountered and will require continued training.
