Bear is a 6-year-old, approximately 18 lb bundle of love looking for his forever home! We believe he's some sort of Bassett mix due to his adorably short stature. Bear is a sweetheart who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, big or small, and has a great rapport with kitties too. He's also fantastic with children, just be prepared for him to shower them with affection!
A truly unique and endearing quirk of Bear's is his absolute devotion to blankets. No matter the temperature, he's always got one with him, dragging it everywhere, snuggling under it, then emerging to play before returning to his cozy spot. It's an adorable sight to behold! Bear is house and crate trained, and his past owner surrendered him due to moving into a nursing home. He's a quirky, fun, playful, gentle, and loving companion. If you appreciate a good blanket, Bear will fit right in!
Ideal Home
Bear loves everyone and everything! He's great with dogs, cats, and kids, so he'd likely thrive in many home environments. Extra bonus points if you have plenty of blankets!
